Running in place in the virtual world...

Seriously, I think at some point I'm going to get tired of the computer thing and live on a beach. You know, my grandparents moved to Florida when I was younger and I didn't understand why. As a result I am kinda close with them, but no where near as close as SuperGirl is to her gp's. Now, as I get older, I'm starting to understand why they did it. I mean, I love my friends and family and would not want to move very far away, but man... some days it's tough to work up the motivation to be truly productive. It's tougher when I see the Kenny Chesney vid for "When the Sun Goes Down"

.

Bring on the margaritas and senoritas! Well, SuperGirl is my senorita... so bring on SuperGirl in a grass skirt!!! lol

coulda got in trouble there...

The peak of efficiency...

It seems that I have totally missed a very nice service my office provides. We have an agreement with a dry cleaning company that comes right to the office twice a week. The price is reasonable, but the best part is I don't have to go anywhere. I tried it last week and they look like they do real good work. I just haven't had the time to keep my work clothes in good shape and I've admittedly worn some work clothes in the last month or so with more than a few wrinkles. Now, this may seem like I'm being picky or something, but we do have a fair amount of professional people at my office in suits and ties and you can definitely look out of place in a busted outfit.

Side note: this is my life right now. Excited about not having to iron my work clothes. Man, I gotta get out.

This weekend is the company "employee recognition party". Because my company doesn't want to offend any ethnic group at all, we didn't have our holiday party in December like everyone else. Ah, what're ya gonna do. Sometimes being PC can get a little ridiculous. I my be reading too much into it, but that's my impression.

We're experimenting with dropping the boy off at my aunt's house so we can actually have a good time. Cross your fingers!

best.touchdown.call.ever.

Hello, all! Thanks to the revelry of the holidays and another plague my wonderful offspring brought home from the disease incubator known as day care, I've been a bit out of it lately. I'll be posting more often (resolution? nah.) in the coming year to keep y'all in the loop a little better.

Until then, please direct your attention to the best touchdown call I've ever heard in a football game. Matt Vasgersian, you are a man in a profession of boys.

Congrats to WVU for ripping the face off of one of the programs that annually gets to a BCS game on tradition, not on performance. Now only if you didn't choke in the Pitt game...
