Growing up fast...
Man it has been a quick 17 months. This month, SuperBoy is 18 months old. He's starting to talk more (a LOT more) and now has command of about 20 words. He still can't string them together in a sentence, but mostly contributes in what lawyers call "excited utterances". :)
He is fully back to normal with sleep and food and has been healthy for a whole month. Amazing. I swear I cringe every time one of the rugrats in his day care center coughs or snots and wipes it on another kid. Wheee!
The weather's getting better and we're getting some opportinuties to play outside again. The boy likes the swings and the slides and generally running around. He is very, very active.
Now the bad part. We're starting to develop our own "way". As in "no". We're now having to discipline him more because he now has a sense of what he wants to do vs. what you want him to do. Before hand, it took just a little nudge in the right direction and things were ok. I am so looking forward to this part. :P
BTW, if I find out who taught him the word "mine", I'm gonna beat 'em up.
